• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Lineup and set times are subject to change without notice.
• No pets allowed. Only service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted. Service animals must be individually trained to perform specific tasks for a person with a disability.
• All guests are subject to search upon entry.
• Powell Productions reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest not complying with festival policies.
  
  

This is an all-ages event.

• This is an all-ages event. All attendees, regardless of age, require a valid ticket for entry.
• Anyone consuming alcohol must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID.
  
  

Your wristband is your ticket.

• Wristbands are non-transferable once applied.
• Wristbands that are tampered with, broken, removed, or lost will be voided.
• Do not tighten your wristband until you are ready to wear it for the event.
• Replacement wristbands may be issued at Will Call for a fee, subject to verification and ID.
• Wristbands must be worn at all times inside the festival grounds.
• Wristbands will begin shipping in waves via USPS approximately 3-4 weeks before the event to your provided shipping address. Continental US only. Canada/International shipping is not available. All international orders will be placed at Will Call/Box Office.
  

If your wristband is lost, stolen, damaged, or undeliverable, you must visit Will Call/Box Office with a valid ID and purchase confirmation.

To pick up tickets or wristbands:

• You must present a valid government-issued ID that matches the original purchaser name.
• If picking up for someone else, you must provide:
  • Copy of the purchaser’s ID
  • Order confirmation
  • Written authorization
    

No exceptions.

Will Call hours will be posted prior to the event.

Re-entry is permitted unless otherwise posted.

Guests must scan out when exiting and scan back in upon return using their official wristband.

Failure to scan out may result in denied re-entry.

For safety and security, this event follows a Clear Bag Policy.

Permitted bags:

• Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags not exceeding 12” x 6” x 12”
• One-gallon clear freezer bags (Ziploc or similar)
• Small non-clear clutch bags not exceeding 4.5” x 6.5”
• Diaper and medical bags (subject to inspection)

Powell Productions and event security reserve final discretion on all permitted items.

• Cell phones
• Non-aerosol sunscreen
• Blankets or beach towels
• Clear bags (per policy)
• Chapstick / lip balm
• Digital cameras (no detachable lenses)
• Disposable cameras
• Ear plugs
• Empty reusable water bottles
• Strollers (for small children)
• Factory-sealed disposable vape pens (no refills)

• Outside food or beverages
• Coolers
• Aerosol containers
• Drones
• Professional cameras (detachable lenses)
• Video cameras
• Selfie sticks, tripods, gimbals
• Laser pointers
• Glass containers
• Tents, tarps, umbrellas
• Personal chairs (unless permitted in specific areas)
• Wagons or wheeled carts
• Weapons of any kind (including concealed carry holders and off-duty law enforcement)
• Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
• Promotional materials or unauthorized vending
• Over-intoxication or disorderly conduct
• Personal motorized vehicles (scooters, hoverboards, etc.)
  
  

Powell Productions and event security reserve the right to determine prohibited items at their sole discretion.

This is a zero-tolerance event.

• You must be 21+ with valid ID to purchase or consume alcohol.
• No outside alcohol permitted.
• All local and state laws will be strictly enforced.
• Intoxicated or impaired guests may be removed without refund.
  

The festival grounds are ADA accessible.

Guests requiring ADA accommodations should contact the festival prior to the event for assistance and designated viewing areas.

By entering the event, you acknowledge and agree:

You may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.

Your image, voice, and likeness may be used by Powell Productions and its affiliates for promotional, advertising, marketing, and future event purposes without compensation.

By entering the premises, you waive any rights to claims, royalties, or approvals related to such usage.

Entry constitutes full consent and release of liability.
